After obtaining her MFA in Photography and Related Media from the School of Visual Arts, Jessica began her filmmaking career at the YWCA after-school program in Coney Island where she up-started a video program for disadvantaged students. Additionally, Jessica worked as an Associate Producer for Off Ramp Films, producing docs for UNICEF and the ACLU, before heading to MTV, where she is now currently writing and directing on-air promos. She is also Co-President of CineWomen NY, a nonprofit organization that supports and encourages  women in the film and entertainment industry. She has appeared in six independent films, and starred as Lola in SUMMER THUNDER, released on DVD by TLA.

 

 

 

 

Carol Kramer has trained with Herbert Berghof, William Hickey, A. J. Antoon and Elizabeth Browning. She has appeared in eight independent films and will shortly be seen as Miriam in SEDER. Theater credits include Rose in Pinter’s THE ROOM; Mrs. Merchutkin in Chekhov’s THE CELEBRATION; Mother in FIRE; Sadie in N.Y. Dinner Theatre’s GODFATHER’S MESHUGGENER WEDDING; Mary in THE INCONVENIENCE OF DEATH & FRIENDSHIP; and in W-WOW Radio’s BULLDOG DRUMMOND/ELLERY QUEEN, among others. She is a member of AFTRA and the former secretary to screen legend, Marlene Dietrich, an experience about which she swears she will one day write a book.


Mark Astrom is originally from Ocala, Florida where his interests began in documentary still photography. His still photographs often reference the subtle moments in life that will resonate with importance years later. The ability of photography, film and video to capture a moment, a gesture or a quality of light is what drives Astrom's enthusiasm as a cinematographer.

Growing up in Tokyo, Japan, Takumi Ozawa began playing classical violin at the age of 3. Takumi assisted the famous Jazz Violinist and Film/TV composer, Toshihiro Nakanishi, before receiving a Berklee Achievement Scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. While in Boston, Takumi composed the score of AMERICAN FAMILY, a documentary by Dora Mishiev. Currently he freelances in NYC as a composer, a sound editor, and a mix/recording engineer.


Zach Williamson is a freelance designer working in New York City. Growing up in Vermont, he specializes in the sounds of cows, snowplows, and running sap. sounds of cows. He attended Oberlin College and then worked for two years as the resident sound designer for the Virginia Stage Company. Current projects include the national tour of The Full Monty for Networks Tours, teaching sound design at the Virginia Governor’s School for the Arts, and designing various off Broadway productions. He is the house audio engineer at John Jay Theater and is a member of IATSE Local 829 (United Scenic Artists).
